Real estate is at the heart of what we do

Our primary service is representing you, the buyer.

You tell us what you’re looking for, and we search the market to find properties that match your needs. Rather than limiting you to our own portfolio, we work with real estate agencies across the market, giving you access to properties listed through different agencies.

How do we get paid? We collaborate with the agency representing the seller and share its commission when a purchase is completed. We don’t add a separate buyer’s-agent commission on top. In other words, the property’s advertised price remains the purchase price you pay to the seller, subject to any agreed negotiation and applicable transaction costs.

Our involvement goes beyond finding a property. We help you assess your options, coordinate viewings, negotiate with the selling agency, and navigate the purchase from offer to completion. We also help coordinate due diligence, review the relevant documentation, identify potential issues, and work with the appropriate professionals when legal or technical expertise is needed.

From checking the property’s legal and registry status to understanding taxes, fees, and the practicalities of completing the purchase, our role is to help you make an informed decision and see the transaction through.

The right specialists, only when you need them

Buying a home is often just the beginning. Depending on your circumstances, moving to Spain may also involve immigration procedures, tax residency, and other legal or financial questions.

For these matters, we work with the relevant immigration and tax specialists, involving one or both as your situation requires. Their fees cover the professional work needed for your particular case. We explain the scope and cost transparently, and Tiberia does not add a separate coordination fee.

Our role is to help you understand what you need, connect you with the right expertise, and make sure the different parts of your move fit together.

Everything else shouldn’t become another bill

Then there are the practicalities of everyday life: registering at the town hall, opening a bank account, enrolling children in school, setting up utilities, and figuring out how local procedures work.

Many of these things don’t require a paid professional. They do, however, take time and can be confusing when you’re unfamiliar with the system or the language.

We’ll explain how to proceed, what documents to prepare, what to watch out for, and where to find the information you need. If you’d prefer someone by your side, we can also accompany you where our location and availability allow.

For in-person assistance involving interpretation, we charge our standard hourly rate. You’re paying for our time and travel, not for a separate relocation package or a long list of additional services.
